What is the Education Law Reporter – Post Secondary?
The Education Law Reporter: Post-Secondary is a monthly publication, (September to June), which reports in clear, straightforward language and in a very timely manner, the most recent legal decisions and legal developments, with practical implications and applications for members of the post-secondary education community and their legal counsel. This publication was begun in 2000 by Eleanor Doctor, B.Ed. M.A., LL.B. to serve the education community she was part of for twenty years. It is designed to help subscribers prevent involvement in costly, time-consuming and stressful legal disputes.

Subscribers have complimentary access to our Web Site Research Service which allows them to research articles in all back issues of the Education Law Reporter: Post Secondary published since 2000, covering legal issues under the headings:

1. The right of the subscriber to circulate one hard copy of the publication to colleagues in the same school, faculty, law firm, health care facility department, company, etc. as the subscriber; and,

2. 1. Copyright Fee $15.00 per recipient: School-Based Subscriber has the right to distribute hard copies or electronic copies of our publications to substantially all administrative and instructional staff members in the subscriber's school.

2. Copyright Fee $50.00 per recipient: School Board Subscribers have the right to distribute hard copies or electronic copies of our publications to substantially all schools in the subscriber's jurisdiction.

3. Subscription Costs
$195.00 per year including the Online Research Service, for the environmentally friendly electronic version, which arrives approximately two weeks before our optional printed version. If subscribers require the printed version as well, there is a nominal additional fee of $20.00 per year. Add 5% GST.
