What is the Privacy Law Reporter?
The Privacy Law Reporter is a monthly publication, (September to June), which reports in clear, straightforward language and in a very timely manner, the most recent legal decisions and legal developments, with practical implications and applications for professionals in education, health, law and government and their legal counsel. Publication of the Privacy Law Reporter began in 2005 to help subscribers prevent involvement in costly, time-consuming and stressful legal disputes.

Subscribers have complimentary access to our Web Site Research Service, which allows them to research articles in all back issues of the Privacy Law Reporter published since 2005, covering privacy issues to the extent that they relate to educators, health care providers, lawyers and government bodies, under the following headings:

1. Copyright Fee $15.00 per recipient: School-Based Subscriber has the right to distribute hard copies or electronic copies of our publications to substantially all administrative and instructional staff members in the subscriber's school.

2. Copyright Fee $50.00 per recipient: School Board Subscribers have the right to distribute hard copies or electronic copies of our publications to substantially all schools in the subscriber's jurisdiction.

3. Copyright Fee $50.00 per recipient: Other subscribers have the right to distribute hard copies or electronic copies of our publications within the subscriber's School Board Office, Law Firm, University Faculty and departments of professional organizations, health care facilities, companies etc. For additional copyright arrangements, please contact us at 403-640-6242.

Subscription Costs
$145.00 per year including the Online Research Service, for the environmentally friendly electronic version, which arrives approximately two weeks before our optional printed version. If subscribers require the printed version as well, there is a nominal additional fee of $20.00 per year. Add 5% GST.
